ST-610A Automatic Karl Fischer Volumetric Moisture Meter The Ultimate Moisture Detection Instrument for Various Industries
The ST-610A automatic Karl Fischer volumetric moisture meter is an automatic analytical instrument that determines moisture content by using the Karl Fischer volumetric titration method. This instrument is an ideal moisture detection device for production and scientific research work. It is mainly applicable to the determination of moisture in products in industries such as pharmaceuticals, organic chemicals, inorganic chemicals, petrochemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, dyes, coatings, food and beverages, surfactants, and cosmetics.
Features
● A new accelerated dripping function has been added. The dripping speed is automatically controlled by the electrode polarization voltage, and it only takes tens of seconds to measure a sample.
The newly added ammeter makes the titration process more intuitive.
The entire liquid path is made of special materials with excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term continuous operation.
● Use the electrode polarization voltage to determine and display the reaction endpoint and terminate the titration.
● Fully enclosed system to prevent the infiltration of environmental moisture;
● Common reagent (solution) bottle caps are adopted as connectors, which is convenient for replacement.
By pressing the relevant function keys, the instrument can achieve: solvent inhalation, measurement, endpoint display (alarm), waste liquid discharge, and stirring.
● Special reagent bottle connectors are adopted, and standard pyridine or pyridine-free reagents can be used.
● High-brightness digital tubes are adopted for clear display.
In case of any operation error, it can be immediately interrupted and the operation resumed.
The fully enclosed pipeline system is adopted to prevent toxic gases from escaping, protecting the environment and health. The instrument operates smoothly and noiselessly.
